Who is Dr. Jim Kim from Mountains Beyond Mountains and what is their importance?

Like Farmer, Dr. Jim Kim, was educated at Harvard. He tool a special interest in PIH and became involved in Farmer's mission. Kim worked for PIH for many years and was hugely responsible for eliminating the price gouging practices of the pharmaceutical companies.
