Where does Mim finally locate and visit her mother in the novel, Mosquitoland?

Though Mim does not locate her mother in Ashland, she does finally find her in Cleveland, where Eve is spending time in a rehabilitation facility. Mim visits her mother but is not impressed by the facility itself.
