Why is Miles forced to rush out of Harper's house?

Miles is forced to rush out of Harper's house when the FBI is coming with a search warrant. Miles is a wanted man, and Harper has been under surveillance, so there must have been adequate suspicion that Miles was at Harper's home. Even though he was there, he was not discovered.
