What plan does Miles come up with for he and Harper to locate the killer?

Miles' plan to try and locate the killer includes Harper posing online as a woman, similar to Dr. Lenz's plan. However, they plan to ultimately get the killer talking long enough to be able to send him a file with a Trojan horse implanted in it. The Trojan horse will give them access to information on the killer's computer and help them locate him.
