What do Miles, Harper, and Drewe figure out about the killer and his murders?

Miles, Harper, and Drewe talk over the events that have happened and possible reasons for the killings. Drewe has spoken to another doctor who told her about pineal gland transplants. The three come to the conclusion that this must be the killer's motive. Drewe theorizes that he is not working alone, has access to high tech medical equipment, and a state of the art operating room.
