Who is Princess Keli from Mort and what is their importance?

Princess Keli is the 15-year-old daughter of the just-assassinated King Olerve of Sto Lat. Like her father, Keli is stalked by an assassin. Mort, however, is determined to find a solution to the problem that will keep her alive.
