What pattern did Teedie's attacks generally fall into? What might he have gained by this pattern?

Teedie often had an attack on weekends, particularly on Sunday mornings. Sundays in Victorian times were very restrictive because children were not allowed to do very much, as the day was a day of rest. He also feared the church that the family went to. By having an attack on a weekend, Teedie was able to have his parents, particularly his father, care for him and give him undivided attention. He was also able to escape the restrictive activities of a Sunday.
