Does Anderson still believe in precrime in the end of the book ?

While Anderson initially believes in Precrime, his experiences with the "minority reports" and his own actions begin to challenge his belief. By the end, Anderton's actions, though motivated by a desire to uphold the system, also highlight its flaws and the potential for abuse.
