Once R agrees to accept the narrator's offer to hide him, what instructions does she give him?

The narrator must make her litany of instructions hastily, since she knows she is taking a risk by talking to R while other people are in the building. She tells him that the day after tomorrow, on Wednesday, he must come to Central Station at 8 a.m.. He must take nothing with him that cannot fit inside his usual briefcase, so as not to attract attention. The narrator tells him that when he gets to the station, he will see an old man with a bakery bag in his hand. He is to then follow the old man to his hiding place.
