The teenage, cheerleading daughter of a U.S. Senator, Bliss Llewellyn is haunted by nightmares of almost drowning and being stalked by a monstrous beast that calls her name. She is pretty and friendly, and is a model. She suffers from a blackout condition she later shares with Schuyler. While on a photo shoot, Bliss marks an assistant named Morgan as her human familiar. During the Repository attack, Bliss is assaulted by a Silver Blood, but manages to survive, and her body rejects the poison injected into her by the assault.
