Who is Aunty Jean from Martyn Pig and what is their importance?

Aunty Jean is Dad's older sister. She is portrayed as bossy, judgmental, negative, nosy, and controlling. Later in the narrative, after Martyn has gone to live with her, she is portrayed as having more compassion than Martyn initially believed, but also as being a drunk like Dad, albeit a less violent and dangerous one.
