A patient who had been in psychoanalysis for years discussing his unhappiness at work went to logotherapy. While his psychoanalyst claimed this unhappiness had to do with seeing his boss as a kind of father figure, his therapist in logotherapy understood this as a true spiritual problem and suggested the man change jobs. He changed jobs after this meeting.
