How is the guilt of both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth evidenced in the film?

This really depends on which film version you are referring to. I have seen quite a few and most film versions follow the play pretty well in this regard. Macbeth has his scene where he asks, Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood clean from my hand? Lady Macbeth has her moment of guilty conscience late in the play (act 5 sc 1) when she asks if , All the perfumes of Arabia will not sweeten this little hand.
