Who gets on the elevator in Chapter Three? How do Will and the new person first interact?

A girl wearing a dress and perfume gets onto the elevator next. Will is checking her out, but can not lean back far enough because of the elevator grate. The girl asks about the smoke in the elevator, and Will is surprised she can see it and Buck. The girl then asks him why he has a gun, and Will tells her that is not a question to ask someone she does not know. She tells him that she does know him.
