What is the main conflict in Little Women by Louisa May Alcott?

I think that all the March sisters have their own conflicts to contend with. The biggest conflict faced in the novel would be the physical conflict of poverty. Other conflicts include maturity, puberty, first love (emotional); growing up (the physical attributes); Jo's desire for education and a career (intellectual).
