Who is Yoshio Takita from Legacies and what is their importance?

Yoshio is employed by the Kaze Group, which is similar to Iswid Nahr in that it works behind the scenes to promote the economy of its country. Kaze Group was set to purchase broadcast technology when Clayton's plane crashed over the ocean. Unsure who bombed the airliner, Kaze Groups sends Yoshio to America to investigate. In the end, Yoshio is killed by Baker and his men during a shootout.
