Who is Gia DiLauro and VIcky Westphalen from Legacies and what is their importance?

Gia DiLauro volunteers at the Center for Children with AIDS. She is a freelance artist, who enjoys holding the babies in the nursery. When Gia learns that the toys collected for the children's Christmas have been stolen, she tells the director about Jack. Gia is careful not to say that she knows Jack personally. Jack is Gia's lover.

Vicky Westphalen is Gia's daughter. She was once in danger from people who wanted her father and his entire line gone, but Jack saved her life. Vicky is the only reason that might one day make Jack give up his line of work and join the real world, getting a real job and living a normal life.
