What does Susan Carol discover when she calls the dean's office in Chapter 11? Where is the dean located?

Susan Carol and Stevie head to the Superdome and Susan Carol calls the assistant of the dean and her voicemail says if it's Chip, he should call her home number. Her home number voice mail says that she has the information Chip is seeking. Susan Carol finds out the dean is in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, so they start to figure out how they're going to get there.
