What role do supernatural elements play in the story?

Supernatural elements play a large role in the story. Urara being able to come up with Satsuki's phone number is one of these supernatural elements. Another element is the apparition that Satsuki sees of Hitoshi, as well as the one that Hiiragi sees of Yumiko.
