Who is Orlando DeSoto from King of the Screwups and what is their importance?

Orlando DeSoto is Pete's boyfriend. He is a member of the glam-rock band, and he is also the senior English teacher at Pineville High School. Orlando repeatedly tries to get Liam to apply himself in English class and is rewarded by Liam's harsh words and an attempt to quit school. In the end, Liam apologizes to Orlando, and Orlando helps to restore some of his self-confidence.
