I accosiciate the Force Publique with Leopold's ruthless won't-stop-till-I-get-what-I-want wrath. EVery time they are mentioned it's always when they have done something drastic and evil to innocent people of the Congo. However the members of the Force Publique were in reality, slaves. People turned them over to Leopold to get money, so esentially these men were being bought and sold then worked to the bone.
