What is Pidemont Base?

Piedmont is an ally country of Norta. The high prince of Piedmont allies with the Scarlet Guard and allows them to use a military base there for their training operations. It is warm and humid, with warmly-painted houses and ample vegetation. There are many birds on the military base that make significant noise every morning.
