How did Stalin learn about Roosevelt's death, and how did he react?

U.S. ambassador W. Averell Harriman visited Stalin and told him the news that Roosevelt had died. Stalin was visibly shaken by the news. When he composed himself, he suggested that Roosevelt's body be autopsied for signs of food poisoning.
