What bill is passed in Chapter Seven because of the Boston Tea Party?

In Chapter Seven, we learn that the British pass the Fiddler's Bill in response to the Tea Party. The Fiddler's Bill prohibits all ships from entering or departing the Boston Harbor until the tea has been paid for by the citizens of Boston.
