What does Joey do when he needs a break at his new school?

While sitting in the restroom during his first break at his new Special Education school, Joey realizes that what he is really fearing is his own illness as he believes he will be unable to control it. All the fear he has of the school is really just the fear he has of failing there due to his condition.
