What does Joey ask his mother after Harold's party, and why?

When Joey's mother gets home after the day Harold had his party, Joey asks his mother if she ever drank when she was pregnant with him, or dropped him on his head as a baby, or ever found him eating paint chips. He asks these things because those are all reasons other kids were in the Special Education class.
