Simon Molloy is the producer and director of Ben's show, London Nights. Simon is a friend to Ben, but at the same time, the two are quite different. Simon views women as toys, and cares little about lasting relationships. He uses his position to attract women, and often has one night stands. He is not a bad person, but his view of women tends to be highly sexist. His views however do not sway Ben's solid opinions of women.
