What happens at the beginning of Chapter 6?

At the beginning of Chapter 6, Bertie has spent the night in jail and is taken before the Vintage Street magistrate. The magistrate gives Bertie a fine for his behavior at the nightclub. Bertie then goes home and tells Jeeves about his evening and they joke that Jeeves will have to record the events in the club books at the Junior Ganymede Club.
