What does Jeeves realize about Lord Sidcup?

When Lord Sidcup arrives at Brinkley, Jeeves realizes that he is, in fact, Roderick Spode. Spode is a seller of women's underwear under a trade name and so thinks Dahlia and Bertie will be able to bribe him to keep their secret.
