Who is Grace Poole from Jane Eyre?

Grace Poole is the servant responsible for Bertha Mason Rochester's care at Thornfield Hall. Unfortunately, Grace is a bit too fond of the bottle (alcohol), allowing Bertha to occasionally escape her rooms and wreak havoc in the household.
