How does James plan to rescue the peach from the danger the Centipede sees when they are in the ocean?

When the Centipede sees the sharks coming to the peach, he makes a plan to lasso a bunch of seagulls and have them fly the peach and all the inhabitants away from the peach and take them all to safety.
