Where does Jack fall asleep in Chapter 12? Who finds him?

In Chapter 12, Jack has crept into Tobias's home through an open door. Jack falls asleep in the kitchen and is awakened by the cook who believes he is a poor wretch waiting for a tip from Mr. Oates; she sends him upstairs.
