What exchange takes place between Tobias and Jack in Chapter 55?

Tobias goes to make the deal with Jack to get the fifty guineas he's offered. When he arrives at Mr. Butler’s house, he finds Jack sick in bed and hypnotizes him to help him fight the pain of his phantom.
