It's Not Summer Without You
Who owns the house of Susannah and who sell it? What does Conrad, Jerimaiah, and Belly do? What is the chapter of it?
.
.
But as spring rolls around, Susannah’s health gets worse, and Conrad begins to shut down emotionally. He withdraws from Belly, and she breaks up with him the month before his mother dies. She screams at him during his mother’s funeral and then never calls him to apologize. He fails many of his classes and has to sign up for summer school, but then he learns that his father is trying to sell his mother’s beach house. Conrad ditches class and goes to stop the sale. When Belly and Jeremiah show up, he is closed-off and unhappy to see them. However, he soon begins to feel romantic feelings for her. When he successfully manages to stop his father from selling the house and pass his finals, Conrad hopes to restart his relationship with Belly, but he catches her kissing his brother. Instead of fighting for her, he lets her leave with Jeremiah despite the fact that he is in love with her.
