Doctors in Houston propose a very aggressive plan that will take Lance to the brink of death and bring him back again. They feel this approach will get rid of the cancer that has spread throughout his body. Lance and his mother, however, are concerned by this plan because it will weaken the athlete's body so much that he may never ride again.
