Accustomed to being tough and strong, Lance finds that he cannot complete physical goals that he sets for himself. Riding his bike becomes more uncomfortable and painful by the day. Finally, he consults with a doctor, Rick Parker, who is also a friend. Parker sends him to a urologist because of issues with an inflamed testicle.
