Describe Lance's chemotherapy treatment.

Lance has chemotherapy treatments in Indiana. His mother is not able to be with him because of her job. So instead, Lance's good friend and cycling manager, Jim Ochowicz, visits him as often as he can, keeping him company and trying to keep his spirits up.
