Where did Walsh trace the car back to? What did he think the car would be good for?

Walsh traces the Datsun back to a Hertz car rental shop. Hertz does not want it back. Walsh thinks the Datsun would make a great undercover vehicle for thwarting drug deals. The car was used for this purpose for about two years.
