How does Mr. kapasi see Mrs. Das ? What is his impression of her ?

Mr. Kapasi is quite taken by her interest in him. Mrs. Das calls his job interpreting "romantic" and this sets Mr. Kapasi fantasizing about Mrs. Das. He concludes that they both have loveless marriages and an affair with Mrs. Das would make him happy. Unfortunately Mrs. Das sees Mr. Kapasi as a confidant and healer: not a sexual partner.
