Why is Orin being followed?

Orin is being followed by handicapped people, he believes. The wheelchair assassins have found Orin to be a person of interest in their quest. They want to acquire the Entertainment, and they believe Orin holds a key, since he is related to James. Since James was a filmmaker it seems possible for them to believe he may have information about the tape.
