What does Hal think of Avril and Charles possibly being related?

Hal knows that his mother and her lover are possibly half-siblings. Despite his knowledge, Hal has no intentions of sharing it or his feelings about it. He views the information with apathy. He thinks that the truth would only damage Avril and Charles' relationship. It is just simpler not to acknowledge the possibility.
