What advice do the older tennis students have for the younger students and what purpose does it serve?

At the tennis academy the older students have advice for the younger students. Most of the advice involves building a bond with students and knowing that students really only have each other. The advice is not relevant to the plot, but it does demonstrate a part of Hal's character and how he has changed since joining the tennis academy.
