How does the Ennet House parallel Enfield?

Ennet House parallels Enfield in that it appears many of the students at Enfield could eventually end up in Ennet House as patients. Many of the Enfield students are constantly using drugs, like Hal. If his drug use continues he could end up needing a place to stay as a sort of rehabilitation.
