How does the author use foreshadowing in In Memory of Radio?

In the mid-1960s, when the poet's own politics were beginning to cohere, he would write poems which were clearer (though not necessarily better) in their meaning, more diatribe and rant than lyrical selfexploration. Combined with the image of The Shadow, the Mandrake figure foreshadows Baraka's future image of himself as a harbinger of White death / destruction.
