What does Doc Burton admire about Mac's speech during Joy's funeral?

At first, London is to make the speech but stumbles over words. Mac takes over and whips the men into a frenzy. Doc Burton is in awe of Mac's raw talent to do this and wishes he had continued until the men were speaking in tongues.
