Describe symbolism in I Hate Hamlet by Paul Rudnick

In Act I, the final scene includes as sword fight between Barrymore and Andrew. During the fight, Andrew abandons his inhibitions and allows his instincts to take over. The blood that Barrymore draws from him symbolizes Andrew's true desires being set free.
