Why had Bilquis learned Arabic?

Bilquis learned Arabic, as Muslim children do, because it would be wrong to translate the Quran from the language in which it was given. Accordingly, Muslim children begin their alphabetization in Arabic at the age of four years, four months and four days so that they can read the Quran.
