Who is Jules/Chauncey from Hush, Hush and what is their importance?

Jules is the current incarnation of Chauncey. Chauncey was a sixteen-year-old boy who was tortured by a fallen angel. As a nephilim, Chauncey is immortal and has turned himself into Jules for the express purpose of becoming human and killing Patch.
