explain the underlying meaning of the key quotations from the chapter
What quotations are you referring to?
In Chapter Fifteen, Mr. Chawla is determined to have the monkey problem taken care of. He wants to have someone dispose of them because they are disturbing the compound and, probably more important to him, they are causing him to make less money. Sampath still loves the monkeys, despite their behavior. Mr. Chawla and Sampath are headed for a conflict over the monkeys. Although Sampath has not shown assertiveness in the past, with his new found powers and stature he will no doubt be ready to battle his father over the monkeys. He loves the monkeys while his father loves the money he can make if they are not there.
