Tyrell is so scared on the way to the party that Brick has forced him to go to with him and the other Kings because they see a group of Stingers - a warring gang with the Kings - and Brick decides to go after them. It is only because the Stingers have already fled by the time they pull the car back around that a fight is avoided.
